1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LumaVeil Peptides website and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by LumaVeil Peptides are intended exclusively for qualified laboratory research use. By purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a qualified researcher or scientist; (b) you are operating within an appropriate institutional framework; (c) the compounds will be used solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes; and (d) you will not use any compound for human or veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or any other non-research application.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified research professional to purchase from LumaVeil Peptides. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot demonstrate appropriate research credentials.
4. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by LumaVeil Peptides is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. LumaVeil Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened products. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
8. Limitation of Liability
LumaVeil Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
