Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days. Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days. All orders include tracking. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. LumaVeil Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. International shipping options are under development.
Packaging
Lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed, labeled vials with desiccant packs to protect against moisture. All orders are packaged discreetly. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging when required.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. LumaVeil Peptides is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement may not be possible.
